When you put your order together the purchase agreement is between you and Modehusetchic.se. A confirmation is sent to you as an email to the email address you specified in the order. If errors in price and delivery time, or other circumstances would appear, Modehusetchic.se reserves the right to change this afterwards. On these occasions we will contact the customer and inform about this. The customer then has every right to either modify or cancel the order.
These prices are always inclusive of VAT. Modehusetchic.se reserves the right to refuse an order. Modehusetchic.se always intend to offer you a favourable price in our catalogue.
Prices online and in-store
Prices of goods by Modehusetchic.se applies only when buying through Modehusetchic.se. In our store you will find similar products but at store prices. Price differences are explained by the lower costs that Modehusetchic.se have compared our store where you can get personalized advice and service.
Modehusetchic.se guarantees that the prices that are quoted at time of purchase always apply.
Upon discovery of any fraudulent orders or attempted fraud, so the case will be handed over to the police.
We ship your goods by mail or other shipping agent. Smaller items up to 2 kg are by mail so-called commodity letter. (Note: Some products may be due to their size does not go as commodity letter) Most often this direct to your inbox. If not, you will be notified you in your mailbox and may retrieve your order on the nearest post office. Items weighing over 2 kg up to 20 kg are sent by parcel and you will be notified by text, sms message or by notice in the mailbox and you may pick up your order at the nearest post office or another pick-up location. Larger items might go directly to your home with another forwarding company. The freight company will contact you by phone, email or sms. If the shipping company cannot reach you they will advise you where you can pick up your delivery.
For shipping, we charge a fee if the delivery address is outside of Sweden and one of the countries we ship to.
Modehusetchic.se aims to pack the order within 24 hours from receipt. Delivery time is therefore 1-3 days depending on the mode of transport. Any discrepancies in delivery always shown on your order confirmation. In cases where the delivery time indicated on your order confirmation does not meet your expectations you have of course the right to amend, or cancel your order. Contact customer service immediately after you received your order confirmation if you want to change the status of your order.
We will do our up most to advise of any delivery delays. Causes of delay in delivery may be, for example, when a provider is unable to fulfil his commitment to us. You have as a customer always right to cancel the purchase at significant delivery delays. Modehusetchic.se reserves the right to void any claims of any compensation to customers for delivery delays.
At delivery pick-up/delivery you should check that the item looks undamaged. If there is visible damage, you should accept the delivery but never sign the waybill without first note a note on the receipt portion about the damage. Contact Modehusetchic.se so we make sure that you receive new items as soon as possible. Keep the damaged goods until you are notified by us, if possibly. this must be inspected by the carrier. At the pick-up on the Post’s delivery, please check that the item looks undamaged. If it looks damaged, you should together with the agent check the contents. If there is damage then you should complain about this and do not accept the goods. We then see that you get new products as soon as possible. If you have trouble getting a claim through the post office, please contact customer service. If parts of the item is undamaged you shall keep these! If you discover concealed damage you shall immediately reported to us and to a maximum of 7 days from receipt. If returning goods to us, the customer is responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. For companies delivery terms DDU 022 “Freely not unloaded the delivery address” applies.
For larger orders, we may divided into multiple shipments. You, the customer will be informed of this, together with the order confirmation.
Not receiving the order
If you are absent when we are delivering your order you will be charged for the costs incurred. This also applies to packets that have not been collected from the post office or other pick-up location.
Direct payment via credit card
On Modehusetchic.se all VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards works. Your data is treated confidentially and no unauthorized person can see your card details. Upon purchase, you simply fill in the type of card, card number and expiration date, and CVV code (control). A verifying process will be made to verify the data is correct and that there is money in the account. The money is reserved on your account immediately at the time of purchase, and will be deducted normally one to two business days after purchase. Also applies in the event of prolonged delivery. Any refund (product out of stock, open purchase or complaint) is made directly to your card. Repayment will take a few days after you have contacted us about your case.
Name and address are for us to be able to make the purchase and send the goods to you. The data is saved to be able to handle complaints, etc. If you have decided to accept to receive information from us, your data is saved until you tell us to remove yourself from the newsletter. We deal with no social security number. In the case credit card companies handle this, it takes place outside of our control and jurisdiction. We do not address any further information from us to another.

Generally, the warranty covers only the original error, ie errors that existed in the product upon delivery. For individuals we at Modehusetchic.se apply Distance Selling Act and Consumer Sales. Under the Distance Selling Act, the customer is always right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product and without having to give any reason. In invoking the right of withdrawal and return of goods, you as a customer bear the cost for the return shipping. More information about returns can be found under Returns. Note that under the Distance Selling Act § 4 does not apply to a right of withdrawal, if the contract is: “A product that due to its nature cannot be returned or are rapidly deteriorate or become too old.”
Returns and guarantee 14 days applies. The right of returns applies to all products except underwear, socks etc * or packages that been opened. In invoking the right of purchase the following applies:
Notify Modehusetchic.se customer service within 14 days and return your order within 30 days after you received your order. The merchandise must be in the same state, ie unused, not destroyed or damaged. Return the product in its original product box or packaging. The goods must be complete, which means that the broken packages or parts of the product is not accepted as a return.
Modehusetchic.se will charge the customer for any extra costs arising from incomplete returns, or not accept the return. No package is collected from post office . We cannot take back items when we cannot guarantee the quality of the product for transport, storage, etc. which are beyond our control. Any resale of returned goods is therefore not possible for us.

In invoking the Right of withdrawal Return policy & follow the instruction as below:
1. Flag Modehusetchic.se customer service within 14 days after you received your order.
2. The Return should be sent within 30 days of the goods delivered.
3. Merchandise must be in the same state, unused, not destroyed or damaged.
4. Return the product in the original packaging. The item must be complete. This means that any accessories to go with your return.
If the buyer shows that the quality of the goods delivered is incorrect in any respect, commits the seller to primarily replace such goods or, in the alternative credit the buyer with corresponding purchase amount, provided that faulty goods are returned to the seller. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the defective goods to the seller. Some other claims for compensation than product failures are not considered.
Claims of error must be made by the buyer prior to using the product, and within seven (7) days of receipt of delivery.
